Registration Fees

THERE IS LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE FOR ATTENDEES AND ONSITE SPEAKERS.

Fees are in Mexican pesos (MXN), online payments are accepted in US dollars taking
as exchange rate 1 MXN = 0.057 USD.

The fee corresponds to one (1) Virtual or Onsite Presentation at CIDSER 2023, regardless of whether the authors or the corresponding author is the same for two or more presentations.

What does each fee include?

Virtual Presentation

Virtual Presentation at CIDSER 2023.
Right of attendance to all the congress sessions ( Onsite and Virtual Presentations) and the Keynote Lectures, presented in different event rooms.
- FOR 3 AUTHORS OF THE ACCEPTED PAPER, MUST INCLUDE THE SPEAKER FOR ORAL MODALITY.
Congress material.
Participation certificate with the names of all paper authors.
- IMPORTANT: The certificate is per paper, if you require a personalized certificate of participation it will have an extra cost of $ 200 MXN per certificate.
Publication of the paper in the "Tendencias en Energías Renovables y Sustentabilidad" (TERYS) Journal in case of Abstract and Full Paper or in the Renewable Energy, Biomass & Sustainability, (REB&S, ISSN: 2683-2658) Journal in case of Selected Full Paper.

Onsite Presentation

The Onsite Presentation fee applies to one paper only and includes:

Onsite Presentation at CIDSER 2023.
Right of attendance to all the congress sessions ( Onsite and Virtual Presentations) and the Keynote Lectures, presented in different event rooms.
- FOR 1 AUTHOR WHO WILL BE THE SPEAKER (ORAL OR POSTER MODALITY).
Congress material.
Welcome Kit.
Coffee Breaks.
Interaction with event speakers and attendees.
Participation certificate with the names of all paper authors.
- IMPORTANT: The certificate is per paper, if you require a personalized certificate of participation it will have an extra cost of $ 200 MXN per certificate.

The right of virtual attendance attendance to all congress sessions ( Onsite and Virtual Presentations) and the Keynote Lectures, transmitted through the Zoom platform.

Onsite Attendee

The Individual Onsite Attendee fee is per person and the Group Onsite Attendee fee is for 10 participants, both fees include for each attendee:

The right of presential attendance to all the congress sessions ( Onsite and Virtual Presentations) and the Keynote Lectures, presented in different rooms of the event.
Congress material.
Welcome Kit.
Coffee Breaks.
Interaction with event speakers and attendees.

Participants Registration

Virtual Presentation

The PROOF OF PAYMENT must be sent together with the Virtual Presentation Registration Form where the requested data of the 3 authors who will attend the event virtually must be specified:

Oral Modality: Must include the SPEAKER (person who presented in the video) plus 2 AUTHORS of the accepted paper.
Poster Modality: Must include 3 AUTHORS of the accepted paper.

The 3 registered persons will have access to all the congress sessions ( Onsite and Virtual Presentations) and the Keynote Lectures through the Zoom platform.

Onsite Presentation

The PROOF OF PAYMENT must be sent together with the Onsite Presentation Registration Form where the requested data of the speaker who will attend in person to the event must be specified.

The registered person will have access to all the congress sessions (Onsite and Virtual Presentations) and to the Keynote Lectures in the different Congress rooms.

IMPORTANT: In case the registered speaker has any inconvenience to appear on the day scheduled for his presentation at CIDSER 2023, please let us know as soon as possible at registro@cidser.org

Virtual Attendee

The registered person will have access to all the sessions of the congress (Presential and Virtual Presentations) and the Keynote Conferences through the Zoom platform.

Onsite Attendee

The PROOF OF PAYMENT must be sent together with the Onsite Attendee Registration Form where the requested data of the person (Individual) or persons (Group) who will attend the event in person must be specified.

The registered person or persons will have access to all the congress sessions (Onsite and Virtual Presentations) and to the Keynote Lectures in the different Congress rooms.
