Onsite Presentation Benefits

  • Onsite Presentation at CIDSER 2023.
  • Right of attendance to all the congress sessions ( Onsite and Virtual Presentations) and the Keynote Lectures, presented in different event rooms.

  • Interaction with event speakers and attendees.
  • Participation certificate with the names of all paper authors.
  • Publication of the paper in the "Tendencias en Energías Renovables y Sustentabilidad" (TERYS) Journal in case of Abstract and Full Paper or in the Renewable Energy, Biomass & Sustainability, (REB&S, ISSN: 2683-2658) Journal in case of Selected Full Paper.

Onsite Presentation Preparation

The CIDSER 2023 Onsite Presentations may be accepted by the Technical Committee in the following modalities: ORAL or POSTER

As soon as you receive the acceptance of your ABSTRACT or FULL PAPER, you can start the preparation of your Onsite Presentation. 

To prepare your Onsite Presentation in the Oral or Poster modality, please follow the recommendations below.

ORAL 

The following specifications are required for oral presentations:
1. Onsite Presentation preparation
Instructions:
  • The Onsite Presentation consists of a free-format presentation of your paper describing its main sections, which are:
    • Presentation 
    • Introduction
    • Methodology
    • Results and Discussion
    • Conclusions
    • Bibliography

Onsite Presentation features:​​
  • Presentation must be 15 minutes long. 
  • If using Power Point, it is recommended to include between 10 and 15 slides.
  • Use graphics, diagrams or photographs.
  • Include the logos of the participating institutions on the cover page.
  • Include the official logo of CIDSER 2023 and ALDESER (Organizing Association) which can be downloaded below (color and white format for dark backgrounds).​

2. Onsite Presentation submission
Submission deadline: October 13, 2023

IMPORTANT: If the presentation file is very large, you can upload it to platforms such as Drive or Dropbox that allow you to store files in the cloud and share them via a link. In case you have difficulties to send it, please feel free to contact us at trabajos@cidser.org to provide you with a link where you can upload your presentation.

*The submitted presentations are property of the authors and will only be used for their presentation at the event.​

3. Check if there is any recommendations for the submitted presentation
Once your presentation has been received, the Organizing Committee will review it to verify that it complies with the specifications mentioned above.

If there are any recommendations, you will be informed via email.
If no recommendations are received, your presentation is ready to be presented at CIDSER 2023.

POSTER 

The following specifications are required for poster presentations:
1. Digital poster preparation​
Instructions:
The digital poster consists of an image file (PNG, JPEG o JPG) where the authors present their work. The digital poster must be sent for its virtual presentation, and the same file in printed printed format for its onsite presentation at CIDSER 2023.

Poster Presentation Features:​​​
  • Digital size: 2,551 px width x 3,402 px length (90 cm width x 120 cm length).
  • Include: Title, Authors and Institution, Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusions and Bibliography.
  • Use photographs or attractive graphic elements.
  • Creativity in the design.
  • Include the logos of the institutions participating in the work.
  • Include the official logo of CIDSER 2023 and ALDESER (Organizing Association) that can be downloaded below (color and white format for dark backgrounds):

2. Digital poster submission
Submission deadline: October 13, 2023

*The received digital posters are property of the author and by submitting them you authorize us to publish them in a special section of the website.

​3. Check if there is any recommendation for the submitted digital poster
Once we receive your digital poster, the Organizing Committee will review it to verify that it complies with the specifications and has a clear and well-structured content.

If there are any recommendations, you will be informed via email.
If no recommendations are received, your digital poster is ready to be presented on the official website of the event and you can print it for its presentation at CIDSER 2023.

4. Prepare printed poster
The same digital poster file should be presented during CIDSER 2023 in printed format.

It should have the following characteristics: 
  • Printing size: 90 cm width x 120 cm length (2,551 px width x 3,402 px length).

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you wait 5 days after sending your poster for revision (maximum time it will take us to review your file) before sending it to print in case it requires any modification.

Onsite Presentation at CIDSER 2023


Onsite Presenters will be able to check the schedule of their presentation at CIDSER 2023 in the Preliminary Program, which will be published on October 12, 2023, and will be subject to the fulfillment of all the requirements mentioned in this website, including the Onsite Presentation fee. Once the CIDSER 2023 Final Program is published on October 25, 2023, there will be no changes due to the proximity to the date of the event.

ORAL 

The Onsite Presentations in Oral Modality will be:
  • Presented face-to-face in a room at the event venue, and.
  • Streamed in a room through the Zoom platform. 

​Papers accepted in Oral Modality will have 15 minutes for their presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers. The questions from the attendees and the questions sent through the chat will be read by the room moderator.

POSTER

The Onsite Presentations in Poster Modality will be presented in a visual way:
  • Presented in face to face in a room at the event venue.
  • Available in a section of the official website during the event (for virtual and onsite attendees).

The Onsite Presentations accepted in Poster Modality will have 5 minutes for their presentation and will be able to answer questions from the attendees.
