STEP 1. PAPER SUBMISSION
To present your paper as a Onsite Presentation or Virtual Presentation at CIDSER 2023, authors can send their written work in either of the two formats:
The submitted papers should follow the formats presented in the Template corresponding to each paper. Before starting to fill out the Template, we recommend that you read the brief instructions included in each one of them. Within the template you must specify the General and Specific Thematic Area of those listed (if other, specify which one), as well as the Type of Presentation: Onsite or Virtual (click on each type of presentation to check the benefits of each one of them). Deadline for submission First Round: May 3, 2023 Second Round: June 16, 2023 Third Round: August 22, 2023 Mailing address: trabajos@cidser.org If authors wish to change from abstract to full paper, the deadline will not be extended. |

STEP 2. REVIEW BY THE TECHNICAL COMMITTEE
Both Abstracts and Full Papers will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Committee, who will reach a verdict along with suggestions and comments. The verdict will be sent to you on May 22, 2023 (FIRST ROUND), July 3, 2023 (SECOND ROUND) and September 8, 2023 (THIRD ROUND) to your mail for corrections. VEREDICT: Accepted in Oral Modality Accepted in Poster Modality Rejected STEP 3. SUBMISSION OF CORRECTED PAPERS Authors must submit their FINAL VERSION of the paper before the established deadline. This will be sent again for review to verify that the observations made by the Technical Committee have been met. Submission deadline First Round: June 5, 2023 Second Round: August 1, 2023 Third Round: September 22, 2023 Mailing address: trabajos@cidser.org Once all the previous steps are fulfilled, a Formal Letter of Acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author for your participation in CIDSER 2023. STEP 4. PRESENTATION PAYMENT Once the Formal Letter of Acceptance has been received, the registration and payment of the presentation (one payment per paper) must be made as indicated in the Registration and Payment tab. The Virtual Presentation fees are as follows: FIRST ROUND FEE: $ 130 USD SECOND AND THIRD ROUND FEE: $ 140 USD Dates: October 2 to 20, 2023 Mailing address: registro@cidser.org The Onsite Presentation fees are as follows: FIRST ROUND FEE: $ 140 USD SECOND AND THIRD ROUND FEE: $ 150 USD Dates: October 2 to 20, 2023 Mailing address: registro@cidser.org STEP 5. PREPARATION OF ONSITE AND VIRTUAL PRESENTATIONS Onsite and Virtual Presentations have to be prepared following the recommendations shown in the tabs of Onsite Presentation (presentations and posters) and Virtual Presentation (videos and posters). Submission deadline: October 13, 2023 Mailing address: trabajos@cidser.org STEP 6. PRESENTATION AT CIDSER 2023 The CIDSER 2023 Preliminary Program will be published on October 9, 2023, and will be subject to the fulfillment of all the previous steps including the payment of the Onsite or Virtual Presentation. Once the CIDSER 2023 Final Program is published on October 23, 2023, there will be no changes due to the proximity to the date of the event. The recommendations and instructions on the logistics of CIDSER 2023 can be consulted in the tabs of Onsite Presentation (presentations and posters) and Virtual Presentation (videos and posters) and will be sent to the registered emails so that you can have the best experience in CIDSER 2023. |
